I need about 3500 cal / day in summer. Cost should be approx. 10 NZD / day in summer.
Add about another 1000 cal (300 gram) / day for hard trips, long trips (10 days or longer) or trips in colder weather (spring, autumn).

    It is a smaall thing that is puzzling me. I own an Aarn Featherlite Freedom backpack and this pack has already standard a yellow waterproof liner inside. So why do you have another liner?

    Hi Boelo,

    I do not like the standard pack liner at all. The separator wastes some space, is difficult to use for me and the velcro can abrade gear. I also like to put my tent / tarp on top of the liner, which is quite difficult with the standard one.
